After hearing this company firing an employee on Christmas day I will NEVER step foot in a Ruby Turesday again!!!!

A company that values their money over loyalty and people. Treat staff worse than furniture. I bet they were with their families at Christmas.

I saw the Jeff Cook video.

To the Ownership of Ruby Tuesday. I am writing to formally express my disgust with the operational culture of your organization. As evidenced by recent events—and supported by the attached video—it is clear that this company has a habit of terminating dedicated, high-performing managers without just cause. It is impossible to maintain a standard of quality when the individuals putting in the most effort are treated as disposable. The instability you create by firing key personnel arbitrarily is evident in the decline of your service. I cannot in good conscience support a business that treats its most loyal staff with such disdain. I stand with the employees you have wronged. One star.

Any place willing to attempt to strongarm employees to work on Christmas for no extra pay with little to no warning, then fire an employee of 20 years for not forcing his staff to come in, even though he and a small team DID work that day is greedy and not worth spending ANY money on. Don't support this corporate hellscape.

Trash place don't eat there they fire good employees and make people work in christmas without holiday pay or decent treatment

I am not here to speak on the food or service at Ruby Tuesdays, but I do feel very strongly that I needed to come on and say that I could never again patronize a restaurant who treats its employees so abominably enforces people to come into work on Christmas Day and then fires the manager because he couldn’t get enough people to show up. What you did to Jeff was inexcusable, ill advised and just plain awful of you as a company. I think people should know at least what kind of company and people they’re giving their hard earned money to and in my book, they don’t deserve a penny from any of us.
