There was a misunderstanding with an order and I mistakingly thought that RTA was at fault. RTA took the time to explain the situation with me and even though fault was not with them, they are helping with the situation. Their customer service went out of their way to help me with cabinets.

5 stars for the most part! The only thing I didn't like was the little plastic brackets... Poor design in my opinion... Sort of feels like its going to fall apart. I do love the drawer construction, the are very sturdy drawers. Doors are very nice too, and the shelves. I just am worried about the box framing itself with those plastic wedges....

Thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you're happy with the cabinets The plastic corner brackets used on some cabinet lines are there to help keep the cabinet square during transit. Once assembled, the metal brackets and wood glue provide the cabinet's strength, so you shouldn't have any issues with durability. We appreciate your feedback and hope you enjoy your cabinets!

Liked getting samples sent quickly. Phone support for the correct pieces was nice. Wasn’t crazy about your website on phone searches but eventually I found what I needed.
