RTA Wood CabinetsReviews of rtawoodcabinets.com

Don’t believe their shipping timeline. We were promised cabinets in 1 week. It took 9 weeks to receive them all. Just a little bit of dishonesty. Never called to inform us of the delay and kept stalling. Kept telling us they are ready to ship and would not ship. We find out that they don’t make the cabinets so they were not able to get our bottom corner cabinet which was required to install all the rest. Would of used another company had we known.

When I order cabinets and pay for them and then your company shuts down for 2 to 3 weeks and you didn’t ship my cabinet and I have to deal with an unhappy customer. In my book that’s not cool

This process has been completely frustrating and irritating. Shipping is a disaster, multiple packages damaged. I have to open them all up to check for damage because replacement process takes several days and I don't have days to wait. I would not ever use this company again, poor material quality, poor shipping, poor craftsmanship. The wood that's used on these cabinets is complete junk.

Extremely poor quality cabinets. The drawers, doors and hinges are acceptable, but the boxes and finish....absolute garbage. Probably fine if you're looking for something to install in a low budget rental property; however, if you're in the market for cabinets for your home, don't waste your money on these.

The people are nice to work with and helpful but the quality of the cabinets is junk mismatched and cheap, they all say solid oak it’s a solid plywood with a veneer over everything if you’re looking for mediocre great cabinet if you’re looking for a solid WOOD cabinet they are junk

Terrible customer service. They told me my order would ship out in a week. 3 weeks later i am still waiting!!!!!! They keep making up excuses and insinuate i am in the wrong. I called them with my contractor prior to ordering to ask what the shipping time was and ordered after they told me 1 week. 2 weeks later thy told me their supply line has changed and it now takes 2 weeks but their sales man didn't know about the change. Update, its been 27 days since i ordered the cabinets and still not delivered!!!!! Was told shipped out in 7 days and 5 days shipping!!!
