RTA Wood CabinetsReviews of rtawoodcabinets.com

I bought two different kitchens, one for my home and one for an investment home. Had a great experience both times, they where very helpful and honest. I would definitely recommend them!

Consistently good product and quick delivery. Wonderfule customer service.

RTA Wood Cabinets was responsive, patient and super helpful in getting my design done. The Cabinets are great quality and arrived when they promised. Only a door was damaged but it was replaced as soon as they were made aware of it. I highly recommend them. Thanks, Jania

Very good service from Motty. Kept us informed on process and shipping.

Great service really easy to work with and Judy H knows her stuff 👍

My 5 Star rating is for the excellent price, the excellent on-line and over the phone assistance. I ordered a sample door and was very happy with the color and satisfied with the finish. Since I did my own design, the process of ordering my cabinets was very fast. I received my order within 3 weeks. During the Installation I noticed one cabinet where the finish didn't quite match. All it took was for me to send my sales rep (Motty) a picture, and I had a new cabinet on the way. Motty also responded quickly to any question I had. Saving a grand total of almost $6000/six thousand Dollars was jaw dropping( priced cabinets of similar color in mid-range spectrum, exact same lay-out, same hardware specs, and trim at Big Box Store). I would definitely recommend RTA Wood Cabinets.

I had a few issues with the cabinets that I received, no fault of RTA Wood Cabinets, but they went to bat for me and got my issues taken care of with the manufacture without a hitch. Also, when we changed our mind, after delivery of the cabinets, to a different layout requiring just one additional cabinet the shipping that was quoted was unbelievable, but RTA Wood Cabinets, was able to get me a discount on the shipping. I think the manufacture should have shipped for free considering our order was over 5K but that is the manufacture not RTA's issue.

Very happy with my cabinet. I was able to get the exact match and color.
