When we were looking at the cabinets online and had questions we did the live chat and Zack responded to us immediately and answered all of our questions. I also asked Zack if he could do a 3-D drawing of my kitchen layout using the cabinets I chose and he was very accommodating and emailed me the design when it was done. It was very helpful to see the layout and what my new kitchen would look like.

Great, quick communication, fast customer service

Bought from this company after checking out other reviews (not just on their website), all sounded good. Received a call from Phil (salesman) the day after sending an inquiry, a good sign. Communication remained excellent, though delivery was slow, due to the global supply chain situation. Phil worked with me on changes I made to the order, and was very helpful. Went with the JSI cabinets after reading good things about them, and am very satisfied with their quality and finish. Well-made and easy to assemble, but be sure to watch an assembly video, as the printed instructions are not very clear. The instructions are off a bit when it comes to the farm sink base and microwave cabinet, but they're not too hard to figure out.Also note, the sink base did not come with a back, so be prepared to supply one (or do without...). I would recommend both RTA Wood Cabinets and JSI cabinets!

Good customer service. We had a problem with one of the drawer fronts and RTA got it taken care of quickly.

Was very happy with the quality of the Essex white cabinets we purchased. They arrived within a week. One cabinet was missing but RTA Wood Cabinets shipped a replacement ASAP. JSI is the manufacturer of these cabinets. RTA Wood Cabinets had considerably lower prices than other distributors selling the same product. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking to go RTA.

Chose RTA cabinets not only for the price but also for storage convenience. We will be slowly taking on this project while we work full-time jobs, care for two young children and need a functioning kitchen. But so far the cabinet assembly has been easy and we have installed the uppers and they look great. The quality has been excellent and we are very pleased.

Love the cabinets and was only missing one small item which was promptly shipped. Very good customer service.
