RTA Wood CabinetsReviews of rtawoodcabinets.com

Although I like the cabinets the precision cut was a bit off on the right of each cabinet which left a gap in the middle half way down to the base, when I put the cabinet together, side by side.

Web site is easy to use, good selection, decided to go with an all wood door frame brand

Shipping pricing on small orders is too high on the website and the dimensions of accessories were misleading …customer support was very responsive and got me the proper pricing but i had misordered extra product … i should have called or reached out before placing my orders…great company, but check with a human designer before finalizing your order. A quick clarification in light of the response: They stress this advice on their website, repeatedly. I ignored it, and that was a bad idea. But even so I've gone back for more product twice since that first order ... I just contact them first. The quality of the product really is everything I could ask for, and the support folks have been not just responsive, but a pleasure to work with.

Cabinets are good quality for the price. The instructions that come with the cabinets are not the most clear as to the order of how everything goes together and exactly which screws/brackets to use where. You either have to guess or search the website for a tutorial. But once you figure it out on one, it becomes straightforward to build the other cabinets. It would also be nice if a few extra screws were included. I believe mine had the exact amount, so it can be an issue if you misplace one. Overall, great quality for the price though.

My only complaint is that not all the cabinets were in stock and I had to adjust plans. However, Zack Ganz (RTA Rep) did all the workarounds and mental gymnastics to assist me on this long project/endeavor. Whenever I needed help or advice, Zack was there quickly and with a solution. He was a great communicator both via email and phone calls. He was awesome for me and my family.

It was a good overall experience, a few things came with issues but they corrected the items missing and finished our order.

We are satisfied with the end result. It took three different trips to get us cabinets that were not damaged, but they fixed the problem nonetheless.

Excellent communication and backing by rta wood products. The mango messed up on the order and rta stood but it and replaced the missing items.
