Thank you Francis for your business on the two projects that were ordered from us. You received the cabinet delivery at the end of July 2021, didn't note anything missing, ordered a second kitchen mid November and then at the end of February reached out to us that you were missing items from the first order, 7 months after the delivery. We checked with the manufacturer and they show it shipped complete. We have a 5 day policy for being notified about missing items and usually try to add time if necessary but no company would replace items at no cost 7 months after they were delivered.

Hi Matt all you ordered from us was one refrigerator panel and one crown molding, you didn't order any cabinets from us, you might be mistaking us for another company.

Dana, you are 100% correct, the manufacturer messed up your order and we are working on getting this resolved as soon as possible. The manufacturer launched a new system right when your order was placed which didn't help and delayed replacements. We ended up placing a new order last week for the missing items instead of waiting for the replacements, once we get the confirmed ship date we will reach out to you.

Hi Nicole, All of your cabinets should match, there can be variations in stained cabinets but they should still match, please email customer service pictures of any cabinets that don't match and we will have the manufacturer replace them. [email protected] We did notify you when the order was placed that some items were on back-order and the estimated ship date was in two months.

It took our rep 1 hour and 20 minutes after getting your final measurements to send you a 3D kitchen design at no cost to you. Our rep asked for your address which we always need when pricing out a job to ensure the correct taxes and shipping is calculated, which you never sent back. I"m sorry our process didn't work for you, good luck with your project.

We stand behind our product and service 100% and when a large order of cabinets are delivered it is possible to miss something when checking over the delivery and we usually always replace it if reported in a timely manner. This order had 4 unassembled cabinets and 6 pieces of trim, it shipped out of the warehouse complete on 12/9, customer received an email on 12/10 with tracking, breakdown of what he should expect, pallet and loose piece count and clear instructions on how to accept delivery, note if anything is missing and to reach out to us within 5 days if there are any issues. The customer called us over 2 weeks after the delivery was made that the trim was missing, the delivery receipt was signed clear and too late for the freight companies to do a dock search.

Thank you Malcolm for taking the time to post a review. Cost for product and shipping costs have gone up significantly over the past few months and we delayed the price increase as long as possible, we are currently offering a 10% discount on all orders which lowers the increase to about 8% on the product. We will be refunding you the cost of your sample door. (The customer edited this review after we gave her the sample door refund as a courtesy).

Hi Lori, we did look in to your order and only have record of one cabinet that was damaged and replaced, please reach out to our customer service team if you have any other damaged cabinets and regarding the trim you don't need, customer service can be reached at [email protected] the bottom of most wall cabinets have a natural finish and are not supposed to be painted, we did send you free paint when you reached out to us about it.
