RS Hughes provides us with great customer service. They have worked a Vendor Managed Consignment program for us for many years and successfully keep our stocking levels available so our production lines flow without interruption. Pricing is competitive. Quality is high considering the amount of support they provide to keep up in all documentation required for a Medical Device order.

I got my shipment right away but it was the wrong item. I was given a UPS number to return them and they got me the new correct shipment quickly. Thank you

I am very happy with our service
I am very happy with our service. The only change I would like is having my packages come in my name. I put the request in BQMS to have my name on the packages but they still come in my purchaser name.

I am rating you with 4 stars because I need to ask you for CofC almost every time we receive material that has an expiration date instead of getting it along with the material.

Great Customer Service
Typically RS Hughes has very good customer service and has been very helpful to me in sourcing items that I could not find myself. Most recently, their service has been excellent. There was one instance where one of their employees did not follow through with something they had promised. That is the only reason i did not give a full five stars. Overall a great company to work with.
