We frequently get the wrong product delivered and struggle to get ETA's on our orders. They always quickly fix any incorrect deliveries, but it is still a hassle.

First I would like to say that the people I work with at R.S.Hughes are good people. I have no complaints. The only thing that bothers me is that at least 75% of the time I order I never receive everything I order. Always seems like I get a partial order most of the time. We do receive everything and since shipping is free ( Always order over $100) it's not a bad problem. Just don't know why it takes a couple extra days to get our orders. Product is great, not great that the prices went up but we do understand. Would have been 5 stars if the deliveries would all come at once.

Thank you, Bob, for your candid review. I would like to say we appreciate you as our customer and we are sorry that this bothers you. We have well over 250,000 different products that we offer and 50 different warehouses across the USA and Mexico. We distribute stock across the different warehouses and what you are experiencing, we ship them all from there respected warehouses, when you order. Normally, for better customer experience, we try to keep your orders coming from your closest branch. When your local branch doesn’t have your full order, we source the missing products from the next closest available branch. Instead of holding your whole order for one branch to ship to your local branch and then sending your whole order at once (days later), we ship directly from all branches that have the stock, directly to you. We do understand this can be a bother, but we would rather get you every part you ordered, as fast as we can, instead of making you wait for all of it at once. If you preferred to receive all of your shipment at once, that might be something your local branch could assist you with.
