I have had a great experience with R.S. Hughes. The only reason I am giving you guys a 4 and not a 5, is because my second order with you guys was delayed in delivery due to the product was back ordered. You guys are really great!! Thanks so much!

RS has been great to work with and never have I had any issues with them. Always easy to work with and have always tried to find the products that I have requested. FAST deliveries! Great sales staff!

Great customer service. Product availability is questionable at times, but I get my products in a reasonable amount of time.

Hysol 9462 with "LUMPY" consistancy
On 6/29/2020 I received my order of 5 Hysol 9462 epoxy cartridges, ref invoice 1763492-00. The first cartridge I used had a "lumpy" consistancy in the epoxy side (white) of the cartridge that required pressing the lumps flat for a smoother mix. The epoxy cured fine so I continued to use it until the cartridge was empty. I assumed the issue was unique to that cartridge. When I opened the second of my 5 cartridges I found the same lumpy consistancey in that cartridge. It appears that this is related to my entire lot of 5. All 5 cartridges are from the same lot (LB9CAA2294). I spoke to a representative on the phone and was advised to send an Email explaining the situation. I am using the review as my notification of this issue.

I usually have great experiences and prompt service. Even when we have back orders, they communicate well and rarely fall short on the ETA.

The RS Hughes Location in Wixom is terrific. They are always ready to help and provide top notch service. We started working together 5 years ago and they have been able to continuously deliver above expectation ! Thank you guys !
