Good product/prices, slightly undesirable packing.
Pros: Received the product within 48 Hours. The product is in great condition, and the price was great when compared to competitors. The site was easy to navigate. The order shipped has a number on the packing slip to call if there's an issue. Cons: The box was packed great vertically, but not so amazing horizontally. The product was larger than the box, and the tips of the adhesive i purchased were slightly hanging out of the box. As i said, the items are still in great condition. It was just a little disappointing to see my items outside of the box. The item photos are not up to date, which made me a little more hesitant to purchase them. I went on regardless because of the great reviews. In all, i would definitely order from R.S. Hughes again. P.S. after reading some other reviews the other day, they now show shipping costs/options.

Good Company... Need to State Shipping Prices
We've used RS Hughes a few times for adhesive's. They have what we want and seem to be professional. What I don't like is every time we place an order they don't state the shipping price until after the order is placed. This seems so strange as often times it significantly adds to the order price. If they would state the shipping price during checkout I would totally rate them 5-stars.

We are a UK company that only order low…
We are a UK company that only order low volumes of one specific product on a sporadic basis but the service received is top rate. If there are any delays with despatch due to out of stock etc. we are notified on an ongoing basis.
