Great company. The first product we received, did not fit our needs and they came up with a replacement within a few days.

quick and to thee point

Used your WYPALL while in the nursing home -- Hebrew Home in Riverdale, New York. I Googled and found you as a vendor of the same product once I was back home. A paper product that feels and acts like sturdy fabric, with many uses including dishes and floors, along with personal hygiene, and inexpensive enough to discard after single use, thus eliminating sponge germ retention. I don't remember my product number, only that my cost is $7.22. I have seen aides in the nursing home spend time unfolding these and laying them flat. They could probably benefit from this product on rolls which you carry as part of their order.

Excellent customer service.

Couldn't ask for any better. Had made an order for some electrical tape and one of the items was having a long lead time. One of the reps called and offered an alternative option for total length which was available then. I took the option and the order shipped shortly after. That to me is taking the second step of customer service and following the order all the way through instead of as soon as money is in hand forgetting all about it. Made me a return customer.
