I’ve shopped with RSHughes once/last time
I’ve shopped with RSHughes one time to buy a six pack of 3M packing tape. The listing was misleading, as it shows a six-pack and lists as “six rolls per package.” I got one roll for way more than I could have gotten three rolls of the same at the nearby big box store. I reached out to them via phone, hoping for some reasonable recourse, but they emailed back having determined that it was my fault for not reading more closely. Ironically, I read it multiple times to be sure I was getting the six pack; it’s just not clear. That was my first and last order from rshughes.com. Shipping time was as would be expected.

we are not getting adequate responses…
we are not getting adequate responses to our quotation request... there ara other options to your company with much faster and professional response like ZORO

Very slow deliveries.
Very slow deliveries. I've ordered for pricing. Never sure when I'll get the supplies. I can't depend on RS Hughes for future orders.

I'm happy to confirm for you that out of your last 3 orders, 2 have shipped within 2 business days of you placing the orders. Your most recent order was in fact delayed, and that was due to the items you ordered being on back order from the manufacturer. A member of our team from your local branch should have reached out to you to confirm a delayed shipping time because of the back order. Our records show that your items were shipped to you within 2 business days of our receiving them from the manufacturer. I understand your frustration, especially if you were not appropriately notified of this delay, I sincerely apologise.
