I placed my first order on 12/18/23
I placed my first order on 12/18/23. On 1/17/24 I received an email asking me to write a review. How can I write a review when I'm waiting for the tool to deliver? I'm not bothered the tool is out of stock, it just seems R.S. Hughes has put the cart before the horse.

I placed an order for 12 saws and they did not inform me until the date they were suppose to be delivered that they were out of stock, and that is only because I had emailed them asking where my order was. Horrible customer service! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I was charged for the three packages of…
I was charged for the three packages of gloves and never received them in the mail like promised .on the 6 of December. I'm still hoping that they will show up but at this point I am not very hopeful.

Realice la primera compra con ustedes y los productos no estaban disponibles. De parte de la compañía recibí una explicación y la devolución del dinero, Han pasado semanas y siguen ofreciendo los productos a través de su página web y estos ya no existen. Primera compra. Muy mala experiencia.
