Low attention to product requests
Very slow and greatly belated delivery of requested products, which had a negative impact on our R&D progress. While the specific products we requested were available at other Hughes branches, the local office in Baltimore did not consider and thereafter were not willing to get them delivered from there.

issue with very first order.
There was an issue with my very first order with the company. I have worked with RS Hughes for many years at other companies and never had this issue.

Ease of order good...delivery of product not so great.
I liked the ease of the site, I didn't care for the amount of time it took to finally figure out that the branch that was shipping to me didn't have the product I needed and didn't have a line of sight as to when it was coming in, even though a colleague of mine ordered from PA two days after I did and got his material (same material) within a few days. I ended up canceling part of the order.

My original order ws not filled or…
My original order ws not filled or shipped in full. After a few weeks I inquired as to the status which I received a prompt response. Would have been nice to receive updates or at least a notice that there was a back order and when it was expected to be fullfilled.
