Unique watch and good quality

Hello Team, I have ordered a watch, Here’s my Order no. RS#17434. Nobody is responding to emails regarding the delivery. There should be some way or the other where we can contact the team. Please look into it.

Product recieved as expected but when we changed our mind on the color and wanted to return the product, one was supposed to contact customer service by email for return instructions, which we did several times with zero response. No comments to wether the product was good or not but this is not a serious company not having any customer service available and I don’t recommend to do business with them.

Where to begin. It's been a long time since I ordered a watch. Never received any tracking number nor communication through their customer services. I've tried multiple times to reach out and contact the company but never received a response. After my review here, I got a response finally but even after that they have not helped to either reship or refund me. Do not order from this company, in my opinion this company is a scam with absolute no communication and methods of reaching out to them. My order number is #14684

Order ref: RS#16695 I have emailed them 3 times and have yet to get a single reply that wasn’t automated. My son saved up and bought a watch for himself, it took weeks to be delivered (no response to my email asking where it was) and then the strap was damaged when it arrived (no response to my emails about this). Posting on here in the hope that I can get some kind of response from them.

I got so many compliments and looks while wearing this watch. Got me through boring lectures at school. Shipping is quite accurate, they gave the watch under the ETA.

Very good collection of watches and gyno watches are just magnificent

They said that delivery is free and i had to pay extra money at doorstep for receiving the parcel. And when contacted there's is no reply from their side clearly they don't care after the product is sold.
