Absolutely dreadful customer service. I placed an order on the 20th of February from these people and six weeks later I still don’t have it. They don’t answer emails and from looking at other reviews I can see that I am far from the only person to have had a bad experience with them. I have no idea when I will receive my purchase and I have given up trying to get any sense out of RPM Tesla. I’ll most likely try and get a refund on my card. Do not buy from this company!

I have been buying all the products they offer for Model Y , 3 x and s ! Even download the app they have and maker buying too easy! Love them also hate customer service they have is amazing ! Never had a single issue !

GreatCompany!!! I sent an email tocustomer service at RPM Tesla Aftermark Accessories over the weekend inquiring as to when my order would be shipped. Chad got back to me right away on Monday and told me he would gewt the order out right away even I did not request expedited shipping. I really appreciated how expediently this handled and going above and beyond for their customers

I unfortunately hit a deer with my Model 3 and damaged some items I had purchased from RPM, a Carbon Fiber Canard and Mud Flaps. The rep (Alexis) was so helpful and willing to work with me and managed to get the replacement items packaged and shipped all within literally an hour of speaking with her. I have never had such a pleasant and helpful experience with customer support before with any company. RPM has been and will continue to be my go to company for aftermarket accessories for many, many years to come!!

Rpm Tesla is a one stop shop for any Tesla accessory, they are the leading site in the business. No other company can match their wonderful customer service. They care about there customers, they even go the extra mile and post installation videos.

The carbon fiber accessories (real carbon fiber) have all been excellent. I have my Model 3 exterior pieces as matte and my Model Y exterior as glossy (with matte CF inside). We get compliments all the time on the two cars. I check in periodically for new items and have spent far more than I ever thought I would. Everything has been top notch from them and I wouldn't hesitate to order. Quality business and quality folks working there!

Scam. Won’t accept returns even.

We received our parts, unfortunately the main part that we needed to install the covers was missing. After many emails they finally admitted that they had run out of that particular part and promised to send it soon. After months of waiting we never received anything. They said it must have been lost in transit. So not a great experience. We won’t buy from them in the future
