I have been buying wigs from RPGHAIR for a couple of years and their wigs are reasonably priced, and hold up for a couple of years. Their customer service is beyond excellent too.

The quality of the hair is so amazing, the communication is on point and shipping is fast. I love RPG hair. This my go to hair company and I been ordering from them for couple years now, and haven’t been disappointed at all.

So I make my own wigs including ventilating lace, however I have recently been diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and my limbs aren't great, so I chose to go down the route of purchasing my first ever wig and 0 regrets, I ordered my first wig from RPG Hair in October 2023 was frustrated coz I have to pay £10 customs cost which irritated me, customer service emailed me explaining different countries have different customs regulations but I was still pissed... however when I got my Yaki straight 13x6 ahhh I fell in love was it worth the extra £10 hell yes. Now black Friday came and I saw 3 wigs that I thought I should treat my old clients who became my friends, and to be fair I don't think ima give it to them, it looks soooooooo good, now delivery did take a while was emailing the amazing Betty who reassured me the have my order and apologies for the delay, she kept her word promising they will try to give me my order before Christmas, well I have just recieved it... perfectly packaged, didn't have to pay customs and didn't smell... i expected a chemical stink not that the yaki stunk but I always hear about smelly wigs these wigs are fantastic I'm sooooo happy absolutely love this company.

Order No. 23041400253245952 I purchased a clearance wig for $150.00. I know I should’ve known better but I figured worst case scenario, I would only be out a couple dollars. Best case scenario I would be a repeat customer. The wig was described as cut lace and customized size. There was a picture of the FRONT of the wig. This is where the scam starts. There are no straps added to the wig. I am not talking about an elastic band but the adjustable band that goes into the perimeter that is manufactured with EVERY wig I have ever bought. At minimum an adjustable band is sewed into the base of a wig. The wig is unusable which is why it is still in original condition. If I sew an elastic band on this unit, the back of the unit would not lie flat. I would have to find a wig manufacturer to make it work, which isn’t feasible. I believe it was a manufacturer defect and therefore is in unacceptable condition for sale. Please be warned of any purchase you make on this site no matter how small. You will be out of luck and money. I found the site thinking it was RPG Show. They are NOT in either quality or service.

I received a 3 in 1 wig that is supposed to be versatile. This hair is horrible. The worst ever. My invoice ID is 22090800178721571. The hair was nice for a few days then it just got so dry all of a sudden. I never added any product to it. Just warm water to make it curly. The hair is dry, tangles so horribly. This was a rip off and I will never ever recommend them again. I will be posting a YouTube video that shows everything. I am so upset and this company should be ashamed.

Do not buy from this company, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM,, THEY SHOULD BE JAIL.The wig I recieved was not the wig I ordered, If you ever saw the movie psycho, the wig I received looks exactly like the wig the sicko son, put on his muiffied mother, no kidding. There was no packing slip with my package. No way to return this wig.
