PSA 🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣🗣 STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THEY WILL SELL YOU MIXED HAIR AND CLAIM THAT IT IS 100% HUMAN. THEIR ADVERTISED HAIR QUALITY, COLOR ETC IS NOT WHAT YOU WILL RECEIVE. I AM WARNING YOU, LOOK ELSEWHERE IMMEDIATELY. I WISH I COULD POST THE PIC OF WHAT THEY HAD THE NERVE TO SEND ME!!! MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY IS CUREENTLY IN MIDST OF FIGHTING THE CHARGE. THE MERCHANT LEO, HAD THE NERVE TO SAY TO ME.." IT'S CHEAP PRICE, YOU CAN JUST KEEP IT, NO?" VERBATIM!!! THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I WILL BE DOING A YOUTUBE REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY TO WARN OTHERS, WHAT THEY ARE DOING IS UNETHICAL AND WRONG ON ALL LEVELS. UPDATE: RESPONSE TO RPGHAIR: SEPTEMBER 6TH 2024. One thing about me, I do not like dishonest people, at all. Admit your wrong doings so I can respect you, but avoid being a dishonest person to me. I am VERY knowledgable with hair fibres etc and I will say this again, this is NOT 100%human hair, it is mixed hair! Matter of fact, to go a step further, I will be getting it tested live by a hair company here in Canada and posting the results on Youtube. I do not like to be played with, and you all played in my face. You KNOW the quality of hair you sent me, Leo KNOWS he then tried to ignore my cries for help via email, I sent 3 to 4 times and he simply did not respond! That is cruel to treat customers that way! Thank God my credit card company stepped in to save the day and help me, had they not been there you all would have taken my money and left me with this trash hair! I wish I could post a picture of what you sent me here, to show everyone. Its so thin, ( not 180% densisty at all) its not 100% human, there are white, red and brown fibres all throughout the wig, there is a bit of a smell. Oh my gosh, the construction of the wig is disrespectful. You guys should see how the tracks are sewn on his wig crooked! Never seen anything like this in my life and I have been around hair 25 years. What you all THOUGHT, was that you could send me this trash wig, take my money and then ignore me. That didn't work. Then Leo tried to convince me to just "keep the wig because its cheap anyway" I could not believe he said that! Excuse me? Also, you lied again, which was VERY disappointing... when you said Leo was new, Leo is not new, stop being dishonest! Instead of addressing his bad behaviour, you would rather cover it all up with more dishonesty. Well, you lost a customer here because this was a terrible experience and I will never purchase anything from RPGHAIR again. EXCUSE ME, You said you provided me with the best solution? What??? The solution was me having to take a few hours to write up a dispute to my credit card company and provide the evidence including clear pictures of the "hair". It was only then that the credit card company was involved, and you realized... that you knew you ****** up and my money was returned. Also, their "customer service" is only 2 people... " Leo and Grace" which honestly, I feel is the same damn person. This entire experience was a waste of my time and I still am left with no wig for my vaccation next month, I have to start the process of looking for a real human hair wig all over again. Stop LYING❗️❗️❗️Oh my goodness 👀👀 Lesson to all: Customers, ALWAYS purchase goods with your credit card, cause some of these over seas company' will try to take your money, sell you garbage and then play in your face. Order No. 23041400253245952 I purchased a clearance wig for $150.00. I know I should’ve known better but I figured worst case scenario, I would only be out a couple dollars. Best case scenario I would be a repeat customer. The wig was described as cut lace and customized size. There was a picture of the FRONT of the wig. This is where the scam starts. There are no straps added to the wig. I am not talking about an elastic band but the adjustable band that goes into the perimeter that is manufactured with EVERY wig I have ever bought. At minimum an adjustable band is sewed into the base of a wig. The wig is unusable which is why it is still in original condition. If I sew an elastic band on this unit, the back of the unit would not lie flat. I would have to find a wig manufacturer to make it work, which isn’t feasible. I believe it was a manufacturer defect and therefore is in unacceptable condition for sale. Please be warned of any purchase you make on this site no matter how small. You will be out of luck and money. I found the site thinking it was RPG Show. They are NOT in either quality or service.

I received a 3 in 1 wig that is supposed to be versatile. This hair is horrible. The worst ever. My invoice ID is 22090800178721571. The hair was nice for a few days then it just got so dry all of a sudden. I never added any product to it. Just warm water to make it curly. The hair is dry, tangles so horribly. This was a rip off and I will never ever recommend them again. I will be posting a YouTube video that shows everything. I am so upset and this company should be ashamed.

Do not buy from this company, THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM,, THEY SHOULD BE JAIL.The wig I recieved was not the wig I ordered, If you ever saw the movie psycho, the wig I received looks exactly like the wig the sicko son, put on his muiffied mother, no kidding. There was no packing slip with my package. No way to return this wig.

RPG hair is dry and frizzy, do not buy! On 4 occasions, they let me order the hair and take my money. I received an email stating the hair I'd ordered is not available. They try to give me an alternative and its not what I want, but I'm left with no other options. The product is sent on their time so I'm always rescheduling my hair appointment. I'm spending close $400, my stylish stated that hair is not raw and virgin. And the closure mats up asa it washed. People goto another company!

I received my unit and installed it on Feb 24,2022. The unit was decent when I received it but now only after 5 days following the install it has become dry and brittle. I have to mist the hair every morning just to make it manageable. I own several curly human hair units and this unit is my LEAST favorite. I sleep in a satin bonnet and yet the unit sheds and becomes very poofy. I think this unit was constructed using low quality hair. I sent an email to RPG Hair and did not receive a response. I do not recommend purchasing a unit from this company. The quality of the hair is not good and customer service is even worse.

I ordered a wig and sure enough it came from China, poor quality not even the style I ordered, Stay away because I'm not certain anyone wants anymore hair from China and especially the quality and lack of customer service. Just a waste of money.

I don’t know what is going on and if they only send good products to influencers. But I received this wig and it was horrible. Almost no preplucking.. weird layers and I asked voor an 18 inch, but only one layer was 18 inch. The rest of the layers were 12/14/16 inch. A NO GO for me!! And it even didn’t look natural. Also does it shed a lot, my whole house was full of fallen hair. The 150 density is super tin, and even more with all that hair falling out. Goodbye to my 150 euro for a wig I only wore once... be carefull with what influencers present you. They send most of the time a good to influencers. I wish someone wrote a review like this before, so I was warn. But whatsoever its your choice. My choice is to never buy from this company again!!
