ok, so brandone replied back with BS. When I first told them there was an issue it took them days to reply that they wanted pictures and more details and BS. Sent that, of course I never hear back until a month later. That's their idea of customer service. They have no intention of ever honoring a refund. Their website says guaranteed refund if you're not satisfied, I'm not satisfied and that should have been enough to get a refund but they pull this BS so I'll go away. So I told them I was going to leave reviews everywhere I could find and cost them more money than simply issuing me the refund they claim they will do. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YES, THEY ARE THE SCUM OF THE EARTH!
