Brian
The jersey was not the correct color
Response from Royal RetrosSep 1, 2026
Hi Brian, we don't have any order or message on file about a color mix-up - could you email us at [email protected] with your order number so we can look into what happened? Happy to help sort it out. - Royal Retros

The patch was made with my name misspelled and I still have not received a return label to get the patch replaced.
Response from Royal RetrosSep 1, 2026
Hi Lloyd, we want to clarify that a prepaid return label was sent to you on August 24 - several days before this review - and we resent it on August 29 with a direct print link after you let us know you couldn't locate the original. If you're still having any trouble printing it, please reach out and we'll take care of it right away. - Royal Retros

So I ordered a jersey and the centerpiece was crooked...I then ordered the alternate color jersey asking customer service to make sure the centerpatch was straight on this one....we'll it was also crooked....left a review and customer service asked me to send pictures and order numbers they would get on it ....so I did pictures with red arrows pointing at the problem....the pretty much replied with theres nothing wrong w the jersey cut me off right there and stopped replying to my messages....PEOPLE be careful when ordering product from this site...if they mess up on your order they will not work with you....HORRIBLE customer service....

Stevan, we were sorry to see a second review about this. After your first review, we asked you to reach out so we could look into it, and once we had your photos, we reviewed them closely — including rebuilding the gray jersey's collar construction — and weren't able to identify a defect or misalignment with the patch. We remain happy to take another look if there's additional information or imagery that shows the issue. - Royal Retros

Unfortunately the sizing is way off compared to other jerseys I’ve purchase from other companies like Ebbets Field. I ordered an XL and it’s easily a 2X if not larger. I asked about an exchange and was denied but encouraged to purchase another one at a discount. Nice quality though (but there was a small snag).

Hi Trent — thanks for the review, and we're glad the jerseys themselves impressed. Because custom jerseys are personalized and made to order, they aren't eligible for returns or exchanges. That said, if a jersey doesn't line up with our size chart, we'll gladly make it right — just reach out. — Royal Retros
