AVOID ROYAL AIRPORT CONCIERGE AT ALL COSTS! I am an assistant to a high profile individual and needed to make a flight change within 48 hours before the trip. I had the service booked for a few days -- instead of having a change fee, they charge you the FULL AMOUNT and require you to pay an entirely new booking however small the change. Even if the flight changes by a few hours, another $495 fee. They also dont even do that much, so save your money and avoid this company that offers no flexibility for being a "luxury" service. Total scammers.

We made it from the seats on the plane, through immigration, and into a taxi at Charles de Gaulle airport in 12 minutes! I could not believe it. This was our first visit to Paris and with only 2 days planned we did not want to waste a minute. Our greeter met us just outside the jetway and expertly sped us past every line and right through customs. After a long overnight flight we didn't have to navigate a new airport on our own or worry about a thing. With all the uncertainties of CDG and summer travel, this service is more than worth it. Absolutely outstanding!

Florence airport arrival. Hosts were fantastic getting 7 women off a plane going thru passport express line and luggage p/u/. 7 women lots and lots of luggage. It took 1 hr to get from stepping off the plane to our waiting car service!!Hosts were Leaving Florence to Frankfurt flight awesome!!! Took care of me through very lengthy flight delay. I love your co. And will be using your co. The rest of my flying days!! Thank you ROYAL!!!!!

Horrible experience!! I reserved Royal concierge to help us with the new EES system process needed when we arrive in Venice. Before booking i sent an email Letting them know this is what i was hiring them for since we were told by our travel agent that the process can take up to two hours. Due to weather problems our initial flight was grounded in Miami and we missed our connection from Atlanta to Venice. I immediately emailed the company asking them if they could please send the greeter a little bit later since we had to switch routes in order to get to Venice. They responded that there are no changes and therefore we are still responsible for the $495 that they charged us. I sent a follow up email telling them that I was not looking for a refund. I was just looking for a time change and this was out of my control, I even sent documentation with all the canceled flight information and the new route. They then responded that they are going to escalate it to the next level and let me know. In the interim they booked another greeter who was supposed to, as promised on their site help us navigate the hectic airport and expedite us through the EES process. However, I sent them my flight information which clearly stated that with the route change I was arriving from Paris. ( not Atlanta)when we arrived at the Venice airport a greeter met us with a sign, walked with us through a door and down the escalator to baggage claim and proceeded to tell us that there is no EES necessary since we were already in Europe and passed immigration in Paris ( where there is no EES yet and it took us 2 minutes to get through ) Therefore there was no process and there was literally nothing for him to do. He was with us for a total of 3 minutes and left. Royal charged us another $495 to have a man meet us at the airplane and walk us down to the carousel where we needed to get to get our own luggage. I made it very clear at the outset that I was hiring them to help us through the process of the busy airport and the new immigration system. I under no circumstances needed somebody to meet me at the airplane and walk me to the baggage carousel. This morning I woke up to an email stating that they will not credit me for the initial change of time. Therefore, they have now charged me $1000 and provided no service. This company is a scam! There is no service that they provide. Stay away!!! Stay away! Adding to our review… to add insult to injury I just received my total invoice from them for a 1080.00 and saw that in the description they charged me AN EXTRA 100.00 FOR A LAST MINUTE CHANGE AFTER CHARGING ME 495,00 FOR THE CHANGE WHICH WASN'T A CHANGE!! IT WAS A FLIGHT DELAY DUE TO WEATHER

They made our transfer SO easy, we didn't have to navigate through the complicated EES system or wait in lines, our greeter breezed us through everything and navigated the airport we were unfamilar with for us. She was right there to greet us when the plane landed and made everything SO easy.

Smooth departure from Athens! Amazing service at ATH. The airport was packed, but having an agent guide me through check-in and security saved me so much time. It made leaving Athens entirely hassle-free.

Very disorganized and complete lack of customer service They did not fulfill the service and when asked for a refund, they denied any responsibility for not meeting us at the designated point. Once they finally caught up to us in the lounge, they almost made us miss our flight with their nonchalant attitude. Stay away
