Royal Airport ConciergeReviews of royalairportconcierge.com

Raquel (Rachel) hunted us down and helped us through all the various areas that we needed to go quickly efficiently and very pleasantly. We weren't sure how it would be with EES, but she made it a pleasant time. We were at our gate in no time and we would recommend the service again."

We made it from the seats on the plane, through immigration, and into a taxi at Charles de Gaulle airport in 12 minutes! I could not believe it. This was our first visit to Paris and with only 2 days planned we did not want to waste a minute. Our greeter met us just outside the jetway and expertly sped us past every line and right through customs. After a long overnight flight we didn't have to navigate a new airport on our own or worry about a thing. With all the uncertainties of CDG and summer travel, this service is more than worth it. Absolutely outstanding!

Florence airport arrival. Hosts were fantastic getting 7 women off a plane going thru passport express line and luggage p/u/. 7 women lots and lots of luggage. It took 1 hr to get from stepping off the plane to our waiting car service!!Hosts were Leaving Florence to Frankfurt flight awesome!!! Took care of me through very lengthy flight delay. I love your co. And will be using your co. The rest of my flying days!! Thank you ROYAL!!!!!

They made our transfer SO easy, we didn't have to navigate through the complicated EES system or wait in lines, our greeter breezed us through everything and navigated the airport we were unfamilar with for us. She was right there to greet us when the plane landed and made everything SO easy.

Smooth departure from Athens! Amazing service at ATH. The airport was packed, but having an agent guide me through check-in and security saved me so much time. It made leaving Athens entirely hassle-free.

Super efficient in Singapore ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Booked the service for Changi and everything was perfect. The airport is huge but the guide made it a breeze, took us straight to the lounge and boarding was seamless. Totally worth it if you have tight connections.

Amazing service in Haneda ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Service in Tokyo was flawless. They met us right at the plane gate, helped with bags, and got us through immigration so fast. The agent was super polite and attentive. 10/10, saves you so much stress.

Excellent service from Royal on our trip to Greece. Family travel can be chaotic when it comes to logistics, but they managed the entire arrival process at ATH when we landed. They were especially helpful in getting us through the new EES border check. We will definitely use them again
