I ordered october 9th but never heard anything from them. Order has just been confirmed, money taken, but nothing else. I dont mind waiting for my package,but I am only asking for them to be transparent and tell me what is happening???? It was a lot of money too. I contacted customer service twice, no answer. Im not asking for much, just please give me update. It was my birthday present too so Im quite sad

Absolute trash. Placed an order in July. Promised to ship “on or before 08/30/24”. It’s 09/04/24 and shocker, order has not shipped. I’ve sent five messages to their customer service “team”. None have been responded to. For a $200 sweater, I expect (at minimum) responses to inquiries as to order status. DO NOT order from this company. This was my first (and last) order from them; I should have paid attention to the horrible reviews. Failure on my part to give them a chance. Don’t be like me…shop elsewhere unless you’re cool with throwing $200 in a fire and being totally ignored when you ask for updates as to status of said $200 order.

Having been a Rowing Blazers customer in the past, I am dismayed (!) at the lack of customer service since the Burch ownership earlier this year. Have sent multiple emails to Customer Service without a response. There is no longer a working phone number. Even the listed Burch company phone number in NYC is not a working number. The customer service email for a return label on the enclosed packing slip (!) is no longer valid. It is an exercise in great frustration. I would save yourself the trouble and not order anything unless you are 100% sure it is what you want and are confident with the quality. Painfully poor customer service for what was a stellar company. Great pity.

Like others, I placed an order- one piece in the order shipped and arrived within the week… it was not the size I ordered,… I emailed asking to return it for the correct size and inquired about the rest of the order… now over a week later, no reply from RB.

Like several reviewers here, I placed an order on January 13th, my card was charged, and have yet to receive my order. I've emailed twice and tried calling customer service with no luck. I never received a notification that my order shipped. In the third party tracking app, it said that it was still in Brooklyn, but now when I look it cannot locate the package at all. Really disappointed with this purchase because the shipping and customer service has proven to be extremely poor. Get yourselves together, RB!

this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had was ordering online retail I place my order on the January 6 he took over two weeks for the order to get here and two out of the three items were wrong. You can’t call customer service they don’t answer the phone and if you emailed them and takes 3 to 6 days for anyone to get back to you if you’re lucky. I’m still waiting to return these two items that I didn’t order and I’m on day four of no one answered my response email or the phone.

This company needs to put their customer service and return polices in the same category as the products they sell. Good stuff, lousy company.

I returned my items one month ago and I still haven't received a refund. The tracking link is going to expire soon because it lasts only for 4 months. Then it's gone...and I won't be able to state that my order has been delivered to their offices. They have changed their return online system, lately, and the link that I have (to monitor and track my return) is not working anymore...I don't know what to do. The owe me approximately 250$...and they don't answer my email....they've gone NO CONTACT as soon as I asked for clarification!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK. For clarity, my return number is 47359049 and my Order number is RB-181818. I returned the unwanted items via UPS using the instructions provided by this company by October 1...it's October 23!!! AND I EXPECT TO BE FULLY REFUNDED!!!!
