I was surprised at how firm/dense the S8 sleeper sofa is and mentioned that in my original review here. However someone from Rove Lab contacted me to say that they would arrange to pick up the expanded sofa and process a return at no charge within 100 days. The newer version, the S8+, which addresses the ‘too firm’ issue has become available. The original delivery was prompt and it arrived in good condition. Assembly was quick and easy.
