Rove LabReviews of rovelab.com

I got the Rove Labs M1 Loveseat and I’m obsessed. Super easy to set up and looks amazing in my space. The quality feels great and I love the modern, sculptural vibe. I ordered it in Beryllium Rose thinking it’d be a bit pinker, but it’s still beautiful and works really well with my color palette. Bonus points for the two throw pillows it came with — such a nice touch. Also, shoutout to their customer service team — super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. Definitely looking to add more Rove pieces to my apartment soon!

We have purchased 4 sofas from Rove Lab in the last few months and we have been thrilled with all of our pieces! We purchased an armless chair to make a larger "pit sofa" with 2 of our sofas and it came to us in a color that didn't match our sofas at all. The team with Rove Lab worked really hard in finding a solution for us and ended up sending us a replacement. They were very thorough and helpful during the entire process and we are very happy with our purchases and the company. :)

These couches are amazing! Came as advertised - I fit an entire sofa in my car to take home from the warehouse. The age of owing favors to friends with trucks is over! At 6'6 250lbs I was a bit worried about how it would hold up but I haven't had a single issues, the couch is very durable and still looks like new. Really could not be happier with the entire process from purchase to install. Great work Rove!

First I love my couch I wish I had this couch when my kids were younger. Id actually go into a furniture store and tell them that I have 5 children and they were rough on furniture and I needed the best that wouldn't lose it's shape lol I had 2 well behaved children but after family use it always felt like flatten material inside and never lasted. I think this will be the last couch I will buy great quality firm and will last forever. Great service prompt reply oh yes the material is great

Excellent service! Caroline Guay

Dealing with Janeth specifically has been a great experience. She provided me with the best service and addressed all of my concerns. She also followed up with me by email to ensure i was getting the best price and helped me with the new order to get a credit back for the items that went on sale.

Customer service reached out to me via email. They offered me assistance with my online shopping cart. The staff member, Alea was excellent! Very quick professional responses as well as very friendly. Customer service is very important to me. We were on the fence about our recent purchase, however, due to the excellent service we received, that was our final "yes, let's go ahead with the purchase" Thank You!

I haven’t had several connections with various customer services people at RoveLab while inquiring into some of their sofas. Each experience was outstanding and very helpful. I was even sent free samples of swatches of the various colors offered. So hard to choose - everything is beautiful. I highly recommend RoveLab. They are very helpful and will make your shopping experience delightful
