Waited a while before giving this review. Purchased my M1 sectional last day of a sale to go into my new home. This means it went into storage until the sales team reached out for comments. I replied that my boxes were in storage. They said that sofas should be out of boxes within 1 week up to 2 weeks. Raced to my storage, and opened sofa in my old home. All seemed well until I noticed one end piece collapsed at the edge if I sat there. With a slight panic I contacted Rove Lab Scientists. Sent a few pictures and within 3 to 4 days a new section of couch was sent free of charge. I absolutely love this couch in my new home. Im pleased that the cushions are firm yet comfortable. Have you ever suffered from pulled muscles in your back do to poor back support from an aging couch? This was the exact thing I worried about upon noticing the problem. Im happy to say that this is an excellent sectional couch. I really like the Copper colour. It looks amazing with my charcoal coffee table and charcoal and white fluffy cushions. It is a real winner for me.

Yesterday I ordered the M1 Sectional from Rove Labs in their Copper Tan, unfortunately today I decided I wanted the Helium Cloud instead. I was so worried as usually when I order online not only does customer service take long, but usually they’re unhelpful with changes or charge extra fees! Elly on the Rove Lab Scientist team was so helpful, she responded to my email within 30 mins, not with questions but a solution. She was so kind and let me know that she had changed the color to the one I asked for, updated my order and sent an email verification right away. Just had to say—my M1 Sectional Sofa arrived and I’m in love. Like, dangerously in love. It’s comfy, stunning, and has completely ruined every other seat in my home. The comfort - Cloud level. The Assembly - So easy, I actually enjoyed it.Amazing job! You’ve made me a couch person for life.

My story with Rove Lab was a long one but I enjoyed every bit of it. It all started with my first purchase where I bought a sofa without knowing about an ongoing promotion, upon reaching out they happily applied the discount as a refund to my order which I thought was amazing. Then came the barrage of emails I brought down on them (I felt bad but I had to) regarding future product and release dates as I desperately needed them to complete my setup. I think maybe 50 emails were shared and they happily replied always on time and with great care. Genuinely a company that cares a lot about their clients. Then when I had an issue with one of their sofas, they immediately investigated and without a shadow of a doubt they shipped a new one to my house for free no charge and no return required. Great company and excited to see what comes from them in the future.

Accidentally ordered the wrong color and Janeth at Rove customer service had it fixed and sent along in a matter of minutes.
