Bought else where, terrible experience with this company, DON’T DO IT! Spent weeks trying to figure out what model I wanted, ordered swatches and spoke to customers service who answered my Qs. Went to go buy, coupon just happen to expire and they REFUSED to reissue it, $50 coupon lost them a $900 sale. Also, took way too long to get a live persons help 2+ days. They are not customer service focused, clearly.

Stop sending me email requesting reviews while I've been waiting for weeks for you to send me my couch. I should have bought locally, big mistake on my end. In fact, maybe I should just cancel my order. Updates on the status of my order would be the logical things to do IMO.

Ordered mine on July 11th. I decided to choose this company because it was a maximum of 9 business day delivery, and the color I chose was available. No indication of delay whatsoever. I really wanted to have my couch as quicly as possible to accomodate visitors. Unfortunately, it seems my order is still not processed after 2 weeks, and the status remains "waiting for details"on the shop app. Exchanged emails where i was told that my order would be processed on Friday the 24th... nothing still... very disappointing... I understand that there may be some delay but be transparent and honest about it. It's infuriating to not know what is going on.

Had issue with delivery the lounge is too low and it does make it hard to stand up also no support for the back I will probably return it. No happy 100%

We bought a M1 sectional after researching and reading all the glowing reviews. Don’t waste your money on this sofa. It was the worst purchase I’ve ever made. After just one year, it already needs to be replaced. The lack of internal support causes the cushions to lose their shape, making it look like a kids’ playroom sofa instead of a quality piece of furniture. It’s also so lightweight that it constantly slides around and never stays in place. The fabric is terrible and nearly impossible to clean. I would not recommend this sofa to anyone. UPDATE: After sharing my experience, Rove Lab reached out to me and was extremely helpful and responsive. They took my concerns seriously and offered to replace our sofa with a new set. I really appreciate their customer service and willingness to make things right. I still stand by my original review regarding the quality issues we experienced with the first sofa, but I wanted to update this review to acknowledge how professionally and fairly Rove Lab handled the situation. I’m looking forward to receiving the new sofa and hope our experience with the replacement will be much better. UPDATE 2: After two months with the “replaced” couch, I would say AVOID IT. Customer service is exceptional, but unfortunately, the couch itself has been a nightmare. The quality is disappointing, and it looks much cheaper than we expected for the price. We’ve had so many issues with it, and overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Maybe we were just unlucky and received a bad product, but based on our experience, we would never purchase from Rove Lab again. Great customer service cannot make up for a product that simply doesn’t meet expectations.

I placed my order over a month ago. I have had no e-mails or calls about my delivery or the status of my order. They say that it will be delivered between July 17-24 but it's already July 14th and there is no label created or updated status. I have visitors coming to my house, trusting the delivery was going to be on time, now I'm concerned. Their customer service is the worst. It's unresponsive everytime I tried. This makes me wonder if the brand is trusthworthy.If there's a problem with the sofa in the future is this how it is going to be?

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I was told the couch would arrive in 10-15 days only to find out it would take a month to get to me. When i asked to cancel my order they told me they couldn't do it and i would be charged 99 for it to be sent back to their warehouse and couldn't cancel until the couch arrives. Clearly the company is a drop shipping company, if the couch was in their warehouse it wouldnt have taken 30 days to deliver.
