I had a problem with the delivery date on my order. Probably the model I chose was low in stock, with many people choosing the same. I assume a system delay made my order part of the next batch, which pushed the delivery date further than I expected. Riley, the customer service representative who helped me, walked me through what happened, which wasn't anybody's fault. I was just unlucky enough to get the model that a lot of others also liked. haha I wish we had customer services like this one in the government services. haha

I recently got the R4 Sofa from RAV-LAB and I’m honestly impressed. The comfort is on another level — it literally feels like sitting on a cloud. It’s also really easy to clean and looks perfect even after daily use. One of my favorite things is how easy it was to set up — no tools, no stress, just unpack and enjoy. Since the product is vacuum packed, it may take about a week for it to fully return to its original shape—but there’s no need to worry, as this is completely normal. I would also highly recommend contacting their customer support team if you have any questions. They are incredibly helpful and will guide you through everything with great care.
