Hi Chris, glad the sofa looks the part and thanks for the honest rundown.  As for the zipper, think of it as optional: it holds the base pieces together in bed mode, and you can either leave it zipped and fold everything back at once, or unzip and stack to return to sofa mode.  On the discount, you deserved a better answer than a technicality, and that's on us. We've followed up by email to sort it out.

Thanks for the detailed review, M R. We're glad the unfulfilled portion got cancelled and refunded quickly, that part should always be fast. On the return: you submitted the return form August 18, and labels went out August 28, pickup scheduled for Sept 2nd. Typically the standard return process runs 2-4 weeks, however our team can always be faster and we'll take this onboard to improve our processes internally. The M1 Outdoor Loveseat's height not working for an indoor space with mobility needs is also useful feedback for us, thank you for sharing! Hi Clément, that firmness is by design! SmartFoam is engineered to hold its shape at the edges and corners for that clean, structured look, so it starts out on the firmer side. Hi Don, thanks for the honest feedback. The wrinkles you're seeing are actually a normal part of the process, our sectional is compressed under a 1000 tonne press after all, and that compression is what causes the wrinkling you noticed. It naturally relaxes and smooths out over time as the fabric settles back into shape. If you want it gone right away, a handheld steamer works well to release the wrinkles instantly. As for the material feel, that texture is part of our solar weave outdoor fabric, built for durability and weather resistance, so it's a bit different from indoor upholstery by design. If it still isn't the right fit for you, you're well within our 100 day return window. Happy to help with anything else in the meantime.
