“Nicko was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. His patience while helping me switch the colors on my items was greatly appreciated. What really stood out was how quickly he let me know that the original colors were out of stock and immediately provided me with alternative options instead of leaving me waiting. That level of communication and customer service is huge for me and made the whole experience much easier. Nicko definitely went above and beyond, and I really appreciate his help!” I am sticking with Rove Lab for sure.
