Today I called Roto-Rooter for a call back case for the handles of the hot and cold water in my bathroom which is still under warranty of workmanship and parts. The company sent Mr. William Broeker, Service Technician # 1709 for the work. He is a very good technician with professional knowledge to rectify the issue. The cold handle is now working OK with some inconvenience because of the initial workmanshift. We got his reasonable and clear explanations of the case. I believe that Roto-Rooter needs such employees like Mr. Broeker to make its customers satisfied. Tram L, Renton, Wa 98058

My overall experience with Roto Rooter was horrific. The plumber that was sent to my house seemed as if he did not want to touch anything and he told me it would be a cost for him to turn my main water back on to find the leaking pipe. So i kindly showed him the front door. After getting him out my house he happliy informs me that if i called back he wouldnt be coming out because somethings going on with his van. This plumbers attitude was horrible .

So at 1:00am in the morning I smelled a horrible smell coming from my vents. I went downstairs and my basement was flooded. Once I saw where it was coming from which was my main house SEWAGE drain. I called Roto Rooter EMERGENCY line I left a voice message and they called back within 2 minutes. The Service technician Identified himself as Zach and informed me he is will be at my house shortly. Within 20 minutes he was at my door he showed his work ID and put shoe covers on and was very Pofessional and Respectful to my home. He fixed the main sewer within 30 mins using a mechanical snake. He explained what my problem was and also how he planned on fixing it. he cleaned up after himself. I was very happy and pleased with the service Roto Rooter provided and very impressed with speed and proficiency of the service Technican Thank you ROTO ROOTER AND THANK YOU ZACH.
