Hopeless service
Called them for a plumbing appointment. Was told there was no fee for them to come out and inspect the work to be done and that they could do Saturday morning. On the morning they were supposed to arrive I got a call from one of their plumbers asking about what needed to be done. Over the phone he quoted $350 and wanted me to say I would be happy with that before he drove out to see me. Totally unacceptable given I could have got a local firm out on the day and got an honest quote had I not wasted my time with these guys
