Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain ServiceReviews of rotorooter.com

I almost didn't use them because of the reviews, BUT they are big and safe and sio i gave them a shot. They were fast, cheaper than the other quote. and btw if you're leaving a review remember alot of these guys and gals own their own business its not a faceless org.

Staff are great specially Robert & Cindy (insurance team) and Jason & Matthew (Plumbing) and assisting me in the whole process of claims with insurance detailing with me what will be my responsibility and giving a free check-up service, giving you freedom to choose your provider even after they had helped you initially is i believe an ethical way of doing business. (Pittsburgh Area) Water/Heater tank was installed immediately (by Jason) when there was a problem in the water pressure after the install and Jason was not available Matthew was sent so water pressure in the house was managed well. A little bit pricey for their service (since I already asked quote around the area) but since they helped in the overall process ensuring i can afford their services, i commend this team. Their services has a warranty of 1 year.

Ryan and his team were excellent to talk with and very prompt coming out to fix the frozen solar pipes. All of the workers were very kind and explained how they would be fixing the problem.

Arrived on time. Excellent efficient service from friendly staff

I had an emergency plumbing situation when my basement flooded due to a burst pipe, and I was in a panic. Their team was not only fast but also incredibly supportive during such a stressful time. The technician, Tom, arrived within an hour and assessed the damage immediately. He worked swiftly to stop the leak and began the process of cleaning up the mess. What stood out to me was his calm demeanor and reassuring attitude; he made me feel like everything was going to be okay. Tom's expertise was evident as he not only repaired the pipe but also offered advice on how to prevent similar situations in the future. The cost of the service was very reasonable, especially considering the urgent nature of the work. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing assistance!

I originally left a negative view for Roto-rooter of Pueblo but have since changed it to positive because they communicated. Companies must communicate with their customers or we won't be coming back... Roto-Rooter communicated and all is okay now. They did great work!
