I admit I have never needed a plumber before. I had a bad leak and needed someone same day. They told me labor and parts would be about 1800.00 when all was said and done it was 3300.00. The charge 2800.00 for labor alone to replace one straight pipe! Do yourselves a favor and use someone else. I’ve learned my lesson

What aterrible horrible Company. I had a service scheduled for 12:00 to 4:00 on saturday. No one showed up or called me. I had to call themto find out they did not have a tech. capable of moving one simple water line over to connect the incoming water to the house water, all they needed was a wrench and the job would have taken 20 minutes max. Then I read the reviews about the same customer neglect and how they are rude when you call them and want 5 or 6 hundred dollars for a simple 20 minute job. I would have done it myself but my rotator cuff is torn in both arms from a car accident. I called a handyman who I gave 80 dollars to for the 20 minute job and he was prompt and on time. Do not use roto-rooter they will just make a bad day 10 times worse.

Prices too high To install two water heaters the quote was 1300.00 each labor-only plus parts call a competitor their quote was 700.00 with parts. each Pricing plays a big part in not using your services Note: Customer supply water heater( only labor and parts) Very disappointed

We had an emergency plumbing issue today and called Roto around 11:00am. They told us they would be able to fix it this afternoon. They sent a text saying that we were confirmed. The text said that if we don’t respond to them within 3 minutes of their technician contacting us, that our appointment window would expire. Because of that, we were glued by the phone. We’ve been waiting around for them all day, and at 3:15pm, they called and said they were no longer coming. Now, it’s too late to call anyone to get out here today. If you have an issue on a Sunday, save your time and don’t call them.

I had the sewer line replaced from house to sidewalk Jan 24 2022. They charged me $13,500, which didn't include replacing the sidewalk. I had asked if the $13 500 would include the total for the job(including the concrete, I thought that this was part of the finished work, it was not included) It took about 2 weeks for RR and the inspector to approve. Today May 28 2022 in passing I saw Roto Rooter doing a concrete job for a business behind the Shoprite in Lawnside NJ. Did I use the wrong Roto Rooter, or did they get over on me, maybe they don't treat homeowners the same as business. Next time I will call Len the plumber or Horizon

Very disappointed. After a $600 bill, I spent over 30 minutes cleaning my kitchen and fixing a cabinet that was left unhinged. There was smelly, sticky goo on the stove, the microwave, the counters, the kitchen utensils, everywhere. The cabinet door was left unhinged. And while I was scrubbing the floors, the technician was sitting in his air conditioned truck for 15 minutes, because he could not bill me, as he was supposed to be on break. What a joke. Think long and hard about calling these guys. Also, make sure you compare quotes with other plumbers, because I learned the lesson after this… The same job would have costed me $150 dollars, which the other two plumbers disclosed upfront. This company would not tell me on the phone. Overall, I would stay away!

We had them come out a clean a clog drain first he said 595.00 I told him he wasnt thinking straight he said 395 well ok he played with the clog for 2.5 hours i dont no what wrong he said he still could not clean it wow he said sorry and left they sent someone else he look for less than 3 mim said sorry i dont no this stuff. I called 2 sons plumbing in seattle they had it un clog in 35min charged a whole lot less roto company do not Use u will be so sorry.

Watch the Ipad Trick! The tech came out, snaked my cleanout, that’s all he did. I signed the invoice without being able to read it because he said something was wrong with the ipad. Later found out he charged 152.00 an hour! Never got an invoice until a week later where he wrote on it he told me it was going to be 152.00 an hour! Not true! So won’t ever use them again.
