We have been waiting for Our Silver for over 4 1/2 months, calling every day cannot get through. They will not call back. They just keep telling us to leave our name and number and they’ll call us, but they never do. No one knows anything you get an answering company that will not let you talk to anybody. As far as I’m concerned, they are thieves, liars, and we’re still waiting for our Silver. If I knew what else I would could do, I would do it. I’m calling the Better Business Bureau and putting in a complaint.

I ordered Silver December 31, 2025 never received my Silver ,tried to call and I would get told coming in two weeks two weeks two weeks for five months. I decided to cancel in May and still haven’t seen my money nor can I get anybody on the telephone nor can I get an email answered I’ve lost $15,000… Do not order from them!

Rolled my IRA to Rosland in November 2025, stilll no funds have gone into my account. They breach the 14 day for delivery and now when I demand my refund they are saying 4 to 6 months! Another breach of the contract which states 28 calendar days!! Don’t do business with them.

Medically unstable 78 year old Senior sold gold via telephone. Now trying to liquidate her holdings since Jan 2026. Account rep Lionel and Brandon Gill delaying and ignoring weekly requests then only liquidating partial holdings! Refusing to provide paperwork to complete entire holdings! This is an emergency as she needs to enter a nursing home! No customer service! This company is playing games with her money! This is now actual theft as they are refusing to liquidate and return her funds! Do not place money with this company! They are nothing but a sales organization and take your money and refuse to return it! Would go lower in my rating if I could!

This company is a total scam! I rolled over my Roth IRA back in 2021/2022 into precious metals, and the spot for silver at that time was around $22/23 per oz. And I was charged over $109 per oz. I invested $250k and when it posted within the next few day's my account showed less than $60k they are truly a horrible company and hopefully the SEC steps in and shuts them down and a class action lawsuit follows getting all the customers they ripped off some retribution not only for the pain and suffering but also for the money they stole! God has a special place for scammers that take advantage of people! PLEASE STEER CLEAR FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY! Also the depository where they sent my metals (EQUITY) to be stored has cut ties with them, as I received a letter from Equity stating they no longer are dealing with Rosland Capital. To many complaints in my opinion. And who knows what they actually sent to be stored is actually what's there!?

This exceeds the standard 14-business-day delivery time frame outlined in your shipping policy. Because the silver has not been delivered as agreed, I consider the contract for this transaction to be unfulfilled. Please process a full refund of my original payment method for the total amount of $ 13,822.20. I expect to receive written confirmation that this refund has been initiated within [3–5] business days. By 4/19/26 If I do not receive a satisfactory response or confirmation of the refund by By the specific Date 4/12/26 I will be forced to escalate this matter. This may include filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Business Consumer Alliance (BCA), and the California Attorney General's office as well as the Federal Trade Commission. PLEASE DO NOT use this company if you want to increase your wealth. They do not tell you in 2022 that when you sell your gold coins in April of 2026, when you expect to make a profit. KIRK ELLIOTT PRECIOUS METALS is the God fearing, Trust worthy place to go!

I went from being all excited from he TV commercials with William Devane anxious to move my IRA and take advantage of the Gold market to getting thrown into a big runaround with Equity financial where I just pulled the plug. I am better buying the Gold and holding it.
