I gave this company $80,000 to buy gold. It was supposed to be returned in two weeks. It’s been seven months or more. I had a higher attorney to get my money back. They won’t even answer my calls. I would never deal with these people again I advise you never to buy gold or anything from Roslyn Capital.

My husband and I purchased on February…
My husband and I purchased on February 12, 2026 $15,432.96 plus $49.00 for shipping 24 gold American Eagles 1/10 oz. To date July 6th we have not received our gold and numerous calls have gone unreturned. We are an elderly couple and this is causing us much anxiety as this is a lot of money for us.
So very disappointed as our representative appears to be no longer there as no call is returned and a different person now has his number.
Also the toll free phone number is no longer a working number and email to services @ RoslandCapital.com came back as mail box full!

$20,000 in Fraud
In January 2026, I purchased $20,000.00 in precious metals. My payment was accepted and negotiated. After months of waiting the company failed to deliver the purchased metals. The sales rep (Elizabeth Lund) who was handling my account, stopped answering my phone calls. I finally got ahold of the COO (Brendan), who assured me he had spoken to the CEO (Marin Aleksov) and that they would process the refund on March 17, 2026. He informed me that it would be 60 days before I received it. When that deadline passed, I called Brendan and was informed that he was no longer with the company. I was referred to the Compliance Dept., where I left numerous voicemails that have never been returned. I finally reached Ms. Lund, by phone and she became angry & aggressive with me and said the 60 Day deadline was actually 60 "Business Days". When I expressed my extreme displeasure with how this had been handled, she became so unhinged that she hung up on me. By now, both those 60 day deadlines have expired and I still have not received the tangible assets or a refund. Subsequently, in mid-June 2026, I sent a formal demand package by certified mail and also email to company executives, including the CEO, General Counsel, CFO and Compliance Department. In my package I demanded a full refund be issued immediately and specified a period of ten (10) days in which to respond to me. It is now July 2, 2026, and I have received NO RESPONSE. Rosland Capital has maintained control of my money (without producing any precious metals) for over 6 months. They also are delinquent in returning my repeated phone calls or emails. Last fun fact, once while on hold, my line somehow got crossed with another unhappy customer. We were able to exchange our horror stories before we were suddenly disconnected. Clearly, they have many furious customers!

Rosland Capital has ceased operations
Rosland Capital has ceased operations. Their phones are turned off. We cannot retrieve funds that were used to purchase metals. I hope William Devane has his money with them.

Warning do not buy for these people
Warning do not buy for these people! I made a large order with this company and four months later I am still waiting for part of my order to show up. I have called emailed and even had an attorney sent a letter to them, but still waiting for a huge part of my order. I’ve asked for my money back or my order and neither have I received. My order was rather large, so I would’ve expected more of a response. Terrible company! DO NOT give them your money!!

Failure to perform/poor communication
June 29,2026: I recently had a lawyer tell me that dealing in precious metals was a risky business and that it’s possible I may end up losing a large part or possibly all of my life’s earnings due to my recent transactions with Rosland Capital. I am well aware that a loss can occur when the market goes down, but I wouldn’t expect to lose all my earnings because my representatives have neglected to send me the metals I purchased. I should have received the silver I ordered over three months ago and I have yet to receive them.
Due to an all time high in the market, I had gained a great amount of interest on the metals I had purchased in 2018 and was told I would have a healthy return. I had, in fact, tripled my earnings over the years at the time I brokered a new deal with Rosland in March of 2026. At that time, I was advised to trade the gold and silver I currently owned for only silver because, overall, it would be better performing. In return, Erik said he would send me silver that would be of “equal or greater value.” According to representatives, Erik VonDetten and Laurence Grossnickle, silver was “set to soar” and I could double my money in a year or two. I naively fell for their line and sent in the metals I had owned for years.
After more than three months of waiting for the silver I was promised, I still have not received it. I repeat, what could potentially be a loss has come not as a result of a drop in the market, but instead is due to the mismanagement and deceitfulness of Rosland Capital employees Erik VonDetten and Laurence Grossnickle,
When I first did business with Rosland in 2018, I had reason to believe it was a reputable company because it has an A+ rating with the BBB. However, the two men representing the company lied to me numerous times, telling me I would receive the silver the following week. They made promises they didn’t fulfill and then became elusive and unreachable when things didn’t go as they should have. When I tried to reach out to the Compliance Department to advise them of the problem and to solicit their help, I was told no one was available to take my call and they asked me to tell them, the answering service, the nature of my call and that they would relay it to someone in the department who would then get back to me. It’s been almost a month since I made my five calls to them and no one from the Department has reached out to me and, judging from past performance, I don’t expect they ever will. It appears that I’ve been scammed and it may be more than just the representatives with whom I dealt with directly. I also made an attempt to get someone’s attention who was higher in rank than Erik and Laurence by sending an email directed at some unknown “person in authority” (because no one would give me the actual name of a person who was higher in command.) I don’t know where the email ended up, but I got no response from anyone. Based on a phone conversation with Laurence Grossnickle, I suspect the information I gave to the answering service, and perhaps even the email to a “higher “ authority, went to Erik and Laurence and not to a third party as it should have.
I can no longer make contact with Erik or Laurence because both of their direct lines go immediately to voicemail with another person’s name attached. I sent an email to Erik a couple of days ago and it was undeliverable - no such address.
Because of the obvious misconduct of these two dishonest individuals. I believe the company should, in good conscience, step forward and make good on my loss. I initially put my trust in them, and their representatives have not communicated well with me and have not performed their duties in a timely manner. After three months I still do not have my silver. They have left me, an 82 year old, worried and wondering if I will ever recoup the monies I need to live on for the rest of my life.
Rosland Capital still has an opportunity to make me whole again and I would welcome that. I would hope that someone in the company would have the moral compass to assume responsibility for its employees seemingly despicable actions. If not, that company doesn’t deserve to be in business. I am asking them to make it right and give me what is owed to me .

4 million dollars just gone
Invested arround 4 million dollars from my Ira account. In December 2026 requested liquidation of everything. Got 1.6 million back as Ira in check not sure why electronic deposit are not available. Still waiting on the rest (which is supposedly in gold coins. Which we have never seen. 3 people have called regularly Eric von Detton, who made the sales no longer returns any calls. Calls to the number listed is Sales even the sales supervisors can not help or do not. All we have are cancelled checks. Very frustrating.
