My representative Brian was very helpful! The turn around time of selling on 9/10/2025 and receipt of payment 12/8/2025 was not what I expected when I invested with Rosland. Your TV commercials tell how prompt your company is to which I disagree. What if I had an emergency and needed MY money sooner? Very disappointed with time it took, I thought last year was bad but this year took longer.

Sold gold coins in IRA on 8/13/2025. Was told 60 days to receive payment. 68 days and counting and no cash. Sold additional coins on 9/29/2025. Just got notice that they submitted the order to my IRA holder today--3 weeks later. They haven't returned my phone calls Update: 10/22/2025 cash was deposited in IRA. Rosland promised that the late second order submission will not impact the 60-day processing time and apologized for the overdue processing of the first order.

Like: Good responses. The fact that Rosland WILL buy back my order when I wish to sell. Dislikes: Had to pay tax on my order. After four and a half years still have not recouped MY costs. Asked what to buy and they give me coins from the Solomon Islands! Not exactly what I was expecting. I did not know what I was doing at the time. Now I know better. They keep calling wanting me to buy more when I haven't even broken even. Would like to know current value of each coin. Can send in e-mail.
