Upon reviewing your order, we found that the email address we have on file is [email protected], which seems to be incorrect. We have since updated your email address, so you should now be able to receive your shipping confirmation along with the tracking number. As a small florist, we take great care in preparing and shipping each order. We specifically instructed the carrier to ensure delivery on February 14th. Unfortunately, once the package was in their hands, we lost control over the final delivery, and they did not adhere to the requested timing. We are currently investigating the matter with USPS, and we deeply regret that this has affected your Valentine's surprise.
