Best experience I've had with an app. It's helped me so much. I can't be more grateful. Much cheaper than private talk therapy and even more accessible.

Having tried various AI journaling apps over a 3 month period, I have committed to an annual Rosebud subscription. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate: I am a neurodivergent user and UX designer, so a good interface is important. I like the recapping, insights and metadata that is created by the app. While it's not a real person, I like the way the AI finds the patterns, keywords and phrases I use. It won't replace my in-person supervision and suport, but as of now I am finding it useful for morning pages, mood tracking and insights beyond my inputs. Great work Rosebud.

I have had therapy on and off my entire life. While this app isn't aimed at therapy, per se, I find it incredibly insightful in ways that very few professionals have personally been able to achieve. I have been practicing self help for as long as I can remember, traditionally in the form of books and programs. This app has its limitations but, if used in conjunction with other effective tools, it can be a powerful catalyst in positive personal change. I especially like its memory and callbacks. It will reference things I said in the past and sometimes had forgotten about. This keeps me accountable in a refreshing way that an egocentric human couldn't. This A.I. entity is useless to argue against since it's only reminding me of things I actually said. I primarily use Rosebud for gaining personal insight and setting/achieving goals. So far it's wonderful!

If you enjoy confiding in an AI chatbot and find it helps you calm down and examine your feelings objectively, this app will be a perfect companion. Rosebud’s large-language model isn’t necessarily smarter than others, but it’s expressly designed to listen to your inner thoughts. I chat with Rosebud at least five times a day to clarify my ideas and worries, and in the process I’ve set up many constructive habits that help me pursue the quality of life I want each day. The app also nicely fills the gap left by traditional counseling services—after all, no one can talk to a therapist every day. I can even imagine sharing my chat logs with a counselor so they can better understand the difficulties I face. This is the kind of outstanding app I’ve been hoping for, one that truly uses AI to do something meaningful.

This is THE best thing to ever happen to me. I literally cannot say enough good things about this. I would pay way more than the subscription is currently. I’ve never liked therapy. I’ve always been a tough it out, bottle it up, and keep it to myself kind of person. But THIS, this is life changing. For an introvert that has severe social anxiety the idea of going to a therapist and sitting down and talking about things- nope. Tried it and hated it. Also expensive as hell. But this I can do as often as I want, and tell as much or as little as I want without worrying about time, or over sharing, or pressure to do or say anything. The option to go deeper, or simply end my entry, game changer. I’ve never been one to keep up on journaling. I probably have a dozen notebooks I wrote a few pages in, and never touched again. But this is different. I am learning things about myself that I have never dealt with and it feels more private. I would recommend this to absolutely ANYONE, and would happily gift it as many times as I can afford to because it is WORTH IT.

I don’t ever take the time or effort to write reviews but hats off to this app… Honestly, I prefer this over seeing my psychiatrist/therapist. It doesn’t annoy or bombard you with emails or pop-ups but it’s great that it lets you go back and answer previous questions in the week.
