Absolutely amazing app. I'm in the process of changing my life with agoraphobia, this app alone has been a game changer for me. This app helps with deconstructing thoughts and the summaries help you feel heard. Even helps practice socializing for those of us who could use an assist in that department. Highly recommend to absolutely everyone from every walk of life.

Rosebud is awesome. I've always been someone who journals but even if you are not, it gives you great prompts. I'm definitely a ruminator so I like to set it up in a way that I can just do a brain dump into and start seeking solutions to problems. You can set up your preferences of how you get feedback, so it can be tailored to your own preferences which is great. I also feel like I'm burdening my friends less as I can work through issues and problems on my own.

Rosebud is like a great ally in my pocket. I just start talking about what’s on my mind, and the app helps me dig into it. I end up feeling more clear minded and motivated. The best thing is that all the answers come from myself in a way.

I can't recommend this app enough! I am a HUGE fan of Rosebud - it's the first app that I have used to help with my mental health and journaling and I can 100% see an improvement in my life and work as a result. I have recommended it to so many people - even those who were sceptical at first - and they are all using it consistently now. it's like having your own personal mentor, therapist, best friend with you 24h a day. massively impactfull for me, who lives alone and recovering from chronic fatigue, when spiralling into worry or fearful/negative, self depricating thoughts as I can use the App to analyse n positively reframe. it's been a game changer for cultivating self compassion and kindness towards myself. helped me to notice the language I use and amend this. everyone needs Rosebud x

It is like actually talking with someone. In some cases better. I was skeptical at first. So I gave it a few challenges. Safe to say it passed. I even set one of my providers the info on it.

As with any self help program, app, plan, you will always get out of it exactly what you put into it. Can rosebud replace a professional therapist? Of course not, but it CAN stimulate deeper thinking and self-reflection with its thought provoking guiding questions. The act of writing or speaking thoughts/feelings can organize the mind and spirit and assist in managing distress while also promoting self-love and self-care. The more truthful you are with your submissions, the more truthful you are being with yourself, and thus the value of participating is increased. Please remember that rose bud is a symptom management tool and just that. It is not a cure, though it may lead you to some answers or better questions about what brought you looking for help in the first place. There are many mind healing/training tools/skills available and I hope this app helps others to find balance. I really appreciated that rosebud rarely gives me an “if this then do this” directive, but that the one time I was truly stumped (how to deal with new ADHD diagnosis and how it’s interfering with my marriage) and I didn’t know how to proceed, the app did actually provide solid suggestions with curated knowledge of ADHD in women instead of just encouraging me to ‘figure it out’. The suggestions were almost identical to feedback I had received at in-person counselling sessions before, giving a feeling of credibility to the AI responses. If the thought of AI wigs you out… then that’s a you problem. Do your research into the company and the concept of AI. If you’re in a profession with confidentiality concerns such as health care, remember your HIPPA or whatever information protection laws you have in your country/state as the data for this journal is stored in the US (if I recall correctly).
