Good products. But need better packing

Love it. It’s really good product

I had an amazing experience with Rosalind. One package got lost and they mailed out a new one right away. Both packages came in the estimated time and I found them to be very professional. I haven’t had time to try the products yet, but the colours look beautiful!!

Ho comprato un kit di colori semipermanenti Rosalind. Devo dire che alcuni sono davvero ottimi altri restano un po' meno coprenti ma nel complesso sono davvero buoni. La cosa che mi lascia invece perplessa è il contenuto. Io con una base- top da 15 ml, che quindi metto sempre ci sto facendo tantissimo, è un anno e mezzo e ancora ce l'ho, questi da 5 ml ci faccio 3-4 mani, non mi sembra possibile..... Ovviamente è una mia impressione....

El tiempo de espera fue largo, nunca recibí un aviso si habían enviado el pedido, tuve yo que escribir y ni aún así me contestaron, simplemente llegó el pedido.

Been waiting on my order since 7th July I contacted support for help as my tracking shows my order arrived in my home town airport on the 16th that was 12 days ago now still has not been delivered. I contacted support for help with this and the response was to continue waiting and be more patient, WHAT? continue waiting because they can't be bothered to do there job, I have since sent more emails and got no reply SHOCKING! do not recomend this company. I will be pressing for a full refund if my order does not arrive ASAP.
