Everything was as promised
Everything was as promised. One star removed because the delivery took a really long time and the instructions for use were not included. However, the first-timer still managed to use the products well.

an advice about exporting your products
Dear officer, I did not receive my order cause officers in custom office said that your products (rosalind products) specified as "cosmetic" as a type. But I did shopping from Ali Express and they specify products as "beauty tool" and I received my order. Maybe this little specify issue will help your orders receive to your customer (I advice you to check this issue with your foreign trade department). I got refund from you without logictic cost, thank you for your helping about it.

Tempi di spedizione come concordati, il sito è fatto bene anche se ogni tanto va in tilt e ultimamente non dava l’importo in euro, comprando dall’Italia, ma solo in dollari. I prodotti li trovo fantastici buona qualità prezzo, l’unica pecca a mio parere è che ci sono molti prodotti piccoli 7-8 ml cercandone da 10-15 ml che durano di più. Molto soddisfatta!

kit semipermanenti Rosalind
Ho comprato un kit di colori semipermanenti Rosalind. Devo dire che alcuni sono davvero ottimi altri restano un po' meno coprenti ma nel complesso sono davvero buoni. La cosa che mi lascia invece perplessa è il contenuto. Io con una base- top da 15 ml, che quindi metto sempre ci sto facendo tantissimo, è un anno e mezzo e ancora ce l'ho, questi da 5 ml ci faccio 3-4 mani, non mi sembra possibile..... Ovviamente è una mia impressione....

It took alittle time to receive…
It took alittle time to receive delivery but i eas pleased with the packaging and the care of the items. The pastel colors i choose were beautiful but find it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to get a full cured nail with this polish. The end result is fine it just takes about more time.
