Dear officer, I did not receive my order cause officers in custom office said that your products (rosalind products) specified as "cosmetic" as a type. But I did shopping from Ali Express and they specify products as "beauty tool" and I received my order. Maybe this little specify issue will help your orders receive to your customer (I advice you to check this issue with your foreign trade department). I got refund from you without logictic cost, thank you for your helping about it.

Placed an order back on September 30, still haven’t received it. Tried tracking it and still says “in transit”.
