The correspondence was great when I made a mistake and said I have received my merchandise I mistakenly pushed the wrong key and I got in touch with them they immediately respond and I greatly appreciate that they assured me that my package was on the way with no problem. Terrible customer service. I sent emails inquiring about my order because I've never ordered from this site before. I never received a response to any of the emails, no notification of my package being processed or sent when it was sent out. Not sure if this is even authentic JBCO made in Jamaica because the shipping label says NY and now I'm stuck with three bottles. I'm going to try the oil out see how it is. I mainly want to use it for castor oil compresses.

Hello London thank you for your feedback. We have not received an email from you unless it landed in spam furthermore you or someone close to you had to physically go online to place your order. Our oil is made in Jamaican and shipped to NY to distribute within the US.

Hello Ma'am or Sir, The product I remember and have used for years as well as recommending it to others is a long lost dream. This last batch that I bought has dropped in quality tremendously. A product that I remembered as being thick in texture, rich and pungent in smell and flavor, pure in color with the consistency of molasses is now reduced to.... Well I am at a loss for words. It's really sad that people sell out and cut corners. WOW! UNBELIEVABLE! BUT WHAT ELSE IS NEW.

Hello Mam/Sir thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear your last batch wasn’t the same as your previous however the creations process that we use has not changed. Some batches are slight different than others. While one batch may be slightly darker or thicker which is true but the same great quality has not changed.
