I absolutely love the product, none compares. BUT, your product was out for more than a year, and you did nothing to keep current customers and most likely future customers in the loop and probably lost due to the lack of communication on when the product was going to return. Because of this I feel I need to stock up (like COVID 2020) to make sure i have enough for a year, when the company runs out again and doesn’t communicate.

I absolutely love your product. I gave 4 stars only because, one of the five bottles I recently ordered arrived broken. I'm not sure this was due to packaging or shipping, but I was very disappointed. I paid for the 5 bottle bundle, yet only four arrived with damage.
