This company was excellent from start to finish. It is hard to find businesses today that believe in customer service/satisfaction, this is one of those company’s. I will order from them again and definitely recommend them to everyone!

Great coop!!

Awesome products and service. Our coop was super easy to assemble and made for a nice family project (3 hours). In addition, the coop is very sturdy and provides a safe environment for chickens at night. Highly recommend this company and its products!

Excellent communication. Excellent product. I would highly recommend it to anyone!! Only slight suggestion is to make cutout tighter for the water pipe. The rats could get in through there but I filled it with wire. Hard to keep rats out of anything, unfortunately. Product is excellently made. Everything fit together easily

We bought the Roundtop Mobile Chicken Coop because we are pushing the rules a bit regarding zoning in our town and we didn’t want to be jerks to our neighbors. (There are two families on the next block who have chickens and I have a friend in town who has a flock, so I think we are safe, but I just don’t want to be too obvious...). Our two chickens live free range in our small city-lot back yard. Pros: -Small enough to be moveable -Heavy enough to be very predator proof -Extremely thoughtful and well designed coop from people who clearly know chickens -Assembly was a breeze. We were *super* impressed with the instructions, parts kit, and ease of putting the whole thing together. -Plenty big enough for our two chickens. -Hardware is nice and beefy -Feeder and waterer are easy to use and build in some “insurance” if you are running late to do your chores in the morning -Galvalume roofing is excellent. The top may get hot in the sun, but the coop remains remarkably cool. Having built some rabbit hutches and pigeon cages with lesser metal roofs, I am seriously impressed with this material. -It looks cool. I love the architecture on this thing. Cons: -Chickens still haven’t figured out how to use the water nipple on the waterer (after a few weeks). We are going to need to google how to train them to use it. -Some wood was a bit damaged in transit (mostly minor stuff although one end panel was cracked. Seems okay though in real life use). I do not fault Urban Coop on this, by the way. One box was pretty beat up when it arrived. -Needs to be moved every day or every other day if you want to keep your lawn in good shape. We have a “floral lawn” in our backyard that is planted with grass, but also with many herbs such as yarrow; it is tough as nails and doesn’t require upkeep with herbicides or fertilizer. It also needs to be mowed much less frequently. We can keep the coop in one place for 3 days max before the lawn suffers. That said, I can move the coop by myself (although I need to go front to back a few times to move it in stages). -WHY DIDN’T WE BUY A BIGGER COOP? Chicken math is real, folks! We are already plotting how we can add two more hens next spring. If I had to do it over, I would definitely get a larger size coop, even if it means having it located in just one place.

The coop is beautiful. It arrived in good shape with all necessary hardware and was easy to put together. And it is definitely secure against predators. Absolutely love this product! You have a great thing going here, Urban Coop!

Everything was great from the order process to final assembly. We have had the coop for over a year now and have had no issues. Great design and good quality materials.

I absolutely LOVE my chicken coop, I have no complaints. It is better than I imagined and my flock is happy and growing beautifully. Any issue or concern I may have had (such as a few magnets that were broken) were addressed fully and everything was completed in a way that me sure I was completely satisfied.
