Roost & RootReviews of roostandroot.com

Such a great company to work with. Our new “chicken resort“ is absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend using this company if you want a chicken coop that is built well, and easy to assemble. We stained ours before assembling. If only the company would send the Coop pre-stained that would be even better.😂😉

Coop is awesome! Happy Chickens! We have 6 buff orpingtons who are very happy in their coop. Anytime I have called with questions the team is very kind and responsive. It arrived in 5 business days, we read the directions several times first, unpacked and laid things out, then got going… my husband and I took our time and it was about 3.5 hours start to finish. It looks so pretty! Beautiful materials and well constructed. Based on our experience would absolutely order it again.

We love our chicken coop it’s simple, sturdy, and exactly what we needed. The design is sleek but still feels cozy and secure for our hens. Assembly was pretty straightforward and took about 3 hours total. Our four hens fit perfectly and have plenty of room. If you’re getting the extended run part, I highly recommend adding the second roof it’s worth it for the extra coverage and cleaner look, definitely need to get the waterer, stakes and the winter panels

The coop is high quality and was easy to put together with solid instructions. Communication could not have been better. All around great experience. Thank you.

My experience with Roost and Root could not be better. They were very good commentators, detailed and thorough. When the greenhouse shipped it arrived with a damaged door. They quickly sent me a new one without any problems. I absolutely love my greenhouse. It was packaged well and the directions were fantastic. I could not be happier. I highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a quality greenhouse. Thank you all so much Ellen in Vermont

Roost and Root was always responsive and helpful regarding questions and issues! I love that all of the hardware and tools required for construction are included in a nice divided case. For the most part, the instructions were extremely clear, easy to follow and entertaining at times. The model that I purchased has not been out very long and I did have a few issues with the pre-drilled hole positioning and also getting the roof panels to align properly, but Customer Service was fabulous and sent me replacement parts and pieces as well as talking me through correcting the problems.

The folks at Roost and Root really stand behind their products. I own the Round-Top Loft Chicken Coop. I've now called a couple of times with slight issues that I need to correct and I'm always happy with the attentive and knowledgeable service I've received. Thank you!!

Good upfront advice, smooth shipping, good construction manual and a beautiful, functional product. And the finished greenhouse smells wonderfully cedar.
