Hello Christian, Thank you for the thoughtful review and the recommendation. We've put a lot of focus into making support accessible and keeping billing and move-in/move-out as transparent as possible, so it's great to hear those efforts came through. The community side is one of our favorite parts of coliving too — glad you got to connect with interesting people during your stay. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Hello Daniel, Thank you for the kind words! We've worked hard to position Roomrs as a strong alternative for short-term furnished stays in NYC, with the flexibility and reliability that traditional options don't always offer. We'd be glad to host you again whenever your next stay comes up. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Hello Lisa, Thank you for such a detailed review! Helping people get settled in NYC without the usual headaches of apartment hunting and roommate searching is exactly what we set out to do, so it's great to hear it worked that way for you. Bundling utilities, wifi, and cleaning into the rent is one of the ways we try to keep things genuinely simple and affordable, especially in neighborhoods like Williamsburg. Wishing you all the best in your next chapter in the city. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Making the move to New York as quick and painless as possible — from online lease signing to move-in day — is exactly what we aim for, so it's great to hear that came through. We're also glad the apartment matched what was advertised; transparency is something we take seriously. Hope to host you again in the future. Thanks, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for taking the time to share this! Helping international students arrive to a setup that's fully organized before they even land is one of the things we care most about, since the last thing anyone needs after a long flight is more logistics to sort out. We're glad the leasing and support side felt straightforward and that you were able to focus on starting your life in New York. Wishing you all the best. Take care, The Roomrs Team
