Thank you for such a thoughtful review and the recommendation! A smooth process from booking through move-in, with responsive support along the way, is exactly what we aim for, so it's great to hear that all came together for you. Accommodations that actually match the description and are clean on arrival is something we hold ourselves to consistently, and we're glad that landed too. The team will appreciate the kind words. Thank you for such a thoughtful and detailed review! A flexible short-term rental at a good rate, without the overhead of a traditional sublet, is exactly the gap Roomrs was built to fill - so it's great to hear that worked well as a landing pad in NYC. The ability to switch apartments mid-stay is one of the features we're really proud of, and we appreciate you calling it out. Really appreciate the recommendation. Take care, The Roomrs Team

Thank you for the kind words and the recommendation! Trusting a 3D tour without seeing a place in person can feel like a leap, especially in NYC, so it's great to hear the apartment lived up to what was shown. A quick, easy process is exactly what we aim to offer, particularly for people new to the city where the rental market can feel overwhelming. Thanks, The Roomrs Team
